Managing Volunteers

This articles explains how to manage volunteers for you Sign Up…

  1. Login to your PTOffice account go to Sign Ups > All Sign Ups.
  2. Hover over the title of the sign up and choose the Manage Volunteers menu item that appears.
  3. From here you can select a volunteer and edit, delete or view their receipt.
  4. You can also add a new volunteer or export the volunteers data by clicking the desired button.

Note: Users can also perform these actions by go to their personal receipts page when logged in.
