How to Close Registration

This support article only applies to those accounts with membership management capability.

Here you can learn how to close your registration. This is very helpful to do towards the end of the year prior to new members joining to make sure they don’t add themselves to the wrong group, classroom, or graduating year.

Close registration

  1. Login to your PTOffice website.
  2. Under Settings > General, uncheck the “Anyone can register” checkbox. Users will now receive a “Registration is currently closed.” message upon attempting to register.
  3. Be sure to set yourself a reminder to re-open registration when you’re ready!
