Tagging users based on purchase

Tagging users is an excellent way to segment your users/members. PTOffice allows you to do just that! Here's how...


  1. Edit the fundraiser or store.
  2. Edit one of the items you're selling.
  3. Click the Show more options section to view additional options.
  4. Add a Tag in the Item Tag(s) section to tag a user if they purchase this item.

Now, when viewing your members on the All members page, you be able to select the Tags field to search by and enter the specific tag you're looking for!


Bonus: After searching for a specific set of tagged users, you can select them all and then choose to send an email using the Bulk Actions dropdown!
