Why Use Your Own Stripe Account

Connected to your own account:
- Funds are immediately deposited into your own account.
- You can set the interval for when you'd like those funds to be deposited to your bank account allowing you to get funds faster.
- You can pull reports at any time and in any way that Stripe allows.
Connected to our default account:
- You will receive an email shortly after the first of each month with a report of your sales and a link to "request funds" to be sent.
- After the form submission is received, funds are sent within 3 business days via ACH. Note that there is a $2.50 bank processing fee.
- You cannot set the interval for when you'd like those funds to be deposited to your bank account.
- You will receive our single/generic report with each request (you can still pull your own reports from within your PTO Connect account).
Note: Stripe charges 2.9% + .30 for each transaction. PTOffice does not charge a processing fee of any kind.
