How to Change a Username

This support article only applies to those accounts with membership management capability.

This articles explains how to change a user’s username…

  1. Log in to PTOffice and go to Membership > All Members.
  2. Hover over the user you wish to update and click the Edit option.
  3. Next to the username field, click the Change link.
  4. Edit the username as desired.
  5. Click the Change button.
  6. Click the Update User button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Note: The system will check to be sure the new username is unique. This action can only be performed by an administrator.
