How to Change a Username
This support article only applies to those accounts with membership management capability.

- Log in to PTOffice and go to Membership > All Members.
- Hover over the user you wish to update and click the Edit option.
- Next to the username field, click the Change link.
- Edit the username as desired.
- Click the Change button.
- Click the Update User button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Note: The system will check to be sure the new username is unique. This action can only be performed by an administrator.
