How to Enable Connect on Your Account

This document will guide you through the process of enabling the Connect functionality with your Stripe account.

  1. Login to your Stripe account.
  2. Click the More menu option on the left hand side if you don’t see Connect showing under Products section.
  3. Click the Connect option that appears.
  4. Click the blue Get Started button
  5. Complete your platform profile (required) using the following choices as prompted…
  • Step 1: How will funds flow – Sellers will collect payments directly
  • Step 2: Industry – E-commerce products
  • Step 3: Where purchased – From your seller/service provider’s website or app
  • Step 4: Whose name – Your platform’s name
  • Step 5: Who to Contact – The seller/service provider using your platform

Click Submit

Once submitted, Stripe will review your settings. Approval can take up to 12-24 hours, but usually occurs within an hour. Once approved, you will be able to access your Client ID.

NOTE: We recommend a one month interval deposit schedule!
